Now that we’ve made it into 2014 – thank goodness! – the countdown of the Top 14 moments in my sport career continues with two adventures in Colorado that feature my coach, Saint Jim Lehman. Seriously, I’ve glossed over the hell I put him through, and he deserves recognition. Isn’t
